We stayed in September 2022 in the penthouse apartment. Good view, well equipped kitchen and spacious deck. Apartment was dirty, floor not mopped with obvious dust everywhere, bathrooms averagely cleaned, deck was filthy and thick with dust everywhere and the BBQ advertised as part of the room had no gas and was so filthy, it took us over half an hour to clean it, when we queried that we were told "this is why we don't advertise bbqs" (they do advertise this on their website) begrudgingly they got a full gas bottle after them telling us to "come get it" at 8pm at night. We stay in lots of luxury places around the world, and this didn't match up. The company we were with made all the difference, but this is not 5 star or near it. They tried to charge us more the day before we were due to check in. The people running the place are very defensive and not well versed in how to treat customers. The checkout was cold and unfriendly, in fact mute, we felt like the management here was our client and not the other way around.

Apartment was Spacious. Quiet. Good beds. Secure parking. Great view but for the amount of money we paid we expected better cleaning.. there was old dust on table legs, crumbs under glass on coffee table, dirty toilet in main ensuite, what looked like rust and dirt in hot tub, we cleaned hot plates in kitchen and wiped hand marks off table and kitchen bench. Other than that it was a good stay.

Six of us - family members enjoyed our stay here to the fullest in a three bedroom lake front ground floor apartment. It was our 2nd stay here after 15 years. Everything went very well and daily housekeeping is an added advantage. Spacious, clean and has all required features. Was a bit expensive due to Ironman event but so was alternative accommodations. Would highly recommend Sacred Waters Apartments and would love to stay here again.

It's a long walk into town. The front desk has been manned once since we've been here. An alarm downstairs was going off from around 10 pm to 8 am with nobody responding, which meant we had a rubbish night sleep. The 'hot tub' looks like something from an abattoir with its stainless steel aesthetic. Beds were comfortable enough, but this place is far from 5 stars. The shower has the soap, shampoo, and conditioner screwed onto the wall like I'd expect from an IBIS or Holiday Inn for a fraction of the money. It's an ok view of the lake if you look past the apartments in front of the view.
