        Rooms: It was great that the bedroom was at the back of the motel unit as we did not hear any road noise, enabling us to get a good nights sleep. Walkability: We enjoyed our walk to one of the restaurants along the road from the motel. To go into the main township of Taupo was a little further, but we would have been happy to go that distance as it is a pleasant walk.
