There were no highlights on our stay here. The room was tired, unclean and disturbing to find a strangely positioned mat by the bench that was hiding what appeared to be blood splatters on the carpet that had not been cleaned. Also blood? on the duvet but at least the sheets and towels were clean. We also had very little sleep due to the upstairs units partying until 1am with no manager to quieten them down. The room was not serviced after the first night and only towels were left on day two. Beds were not made and tea and coffee not replenished at all and had to ask for a hairdryer and iron which was obtained from another unit. The curtains were thin and falling off the tracks and did not cut out the outside light which shone all night. The shower doors were off their tracks and husband had to fix them before we could use it. The aluminim track on the ranchslider was filthy and needed to be cleaned and the threadbare mat was a hazard.Would never go back!

Rooms: Great sized beds, sheets and towels clean. But room 832 is in appalling condition with mould and wouldnt even meet the healthy homes standard yet they are charging $190 a night. Not worth their money. I would never stay here again. Safety: Health hazard. I felt like I couldnt let my baby crawl along the carpet due to the state of it.
