The receptionist lady is really rude customer service was really poor when we first arrived we went to collect our keys to both units she gave us envelopes with instructions and milk after a long 12 hour shift of working on the roads we head to our rooms to unpack the rooms hadn't even been aired still musty as a trail of ants leading up the window so we leave the door closed so they don't get in The next morning we go to make us hot drinks the milk she gave us expired 9/12 As we are starting at 6am not alot we can do while at work I ring her to explain the milk had expired today she said well it doesn't last forever...... Lady we only checked in yesterday asked if she could replace it she said she will try her best but can't promise she has anything fresher we get back from our job and she gave us a second bottle of milk with the same expired date to top it off we requested a service for our room to be cleaned that wasnt done either we needed fresh towels because we work on the roads in the hot sun don't waste your money or your time at this mediocre motel the reception lady's name was Cherry well Cherry our company won't be using your motel again
