My experience at arrival of pick up was the best customer service I could ask for as the other car rental was not and Ezi Rental NZ (Wellington Airport) stepped in to help with my rental to offer me a very good deal and also a comfortable process the vehicle they only had wt the time was at offer and I was exceptionally impressed the customer service at drop off was also exceptionally impressive as well I know these a $400 bind release to give back within the next couple of days which I hoping for they explained ans communicated with me of the time frame I cant ask for a better car rental company

Second time using Ezi Car Rentals, good price, quick paperwork and car was very clean and latest model. At Wellington Airport the kiosk is inside the terminal with the other major car hire companies (no shuttle bus required). Highly recommended and will use again.
