BNZ Willis Street

Ex BNZ teller from like 20 years ago so my opinion is absolutely not relevant, worked all branches up to Paraparaumu and before the Rimutaka's, again, my recommendation based on this experience is irrelevant 20 years later. However. Walked into the Willis street branch and kinda felt like I was in a side shop of the movie 'Back to the Future 2', straight up technological gloss being employed. Just wanted to get my eftpos card verified (could do it on line but hey I wanted to trip the nostalgia). Ended up using the app after waiting 15 mins. 5 stars for the gloss.

Horrible experience with Supervisor at the branch. Unfriendly, constantly interrupted without possibility to say a word. Regarding the matter which we came for he was totally incompetent.

horrible, unfriendly and nosy female worker when you were lineup she would asked about your insurance and telling you to convert to BNZ despite you did not want. then when i got to the counter, she demanded her coworker at the counter to check my detail. i never forget about it. How intrusive and rude of her, from there on. I hate her service, and i always would work to another branch. Because she does that to many customers. I had open another count and go to another bank, there service is much much better than her service.
