        Typical Indian service available at this bank, walk into this bank and walk into another bank in NZ and you can literally see the difference. Walking into BoB is just like walking into any other bank in India. Poor service, poor communication, poor internet banking and mobile banking, everything is sort of half baked. I'm just sticking to this bank JUST to send money to India which is the only thing that's happening and that's why gave it 2 stars otherwise utter waste.
