        Got recommended to go to Capital Dental by my boyfriend, who had a good experience with them. I had to cancel my hygienist appointment since I realized Im having a cold, and Id just got my Covid testing done. I spoke to the receptionist to cancel the appointment which is tomorrow(although it is within 24hrs). The receptionist informed me that this will incur a charge of $50 dollars, and she did not change her mind even after I told her my situation. Not happy, dont think the outcome is fair and wont come again.

        Had a great general experience with Dr Theo Kay. He's very calm and gentle. I'm giving 4 stars just because we could have waited another 10-15min for the anaesthetic to better do its wonder, before the extraction.

        I am extremely happy with my smile thanks to Melissa. She knew exactly what I was after and executed it perfectly. I felt very cared for by Melissa and her assistant, they made sure I was happy and really took the time to make sure I understood what they were doing. I wont be going anywhere else now and have full trust in Capital Dental Thorndon. The price was also very very good! Again, thank you so much. I cant stop smiling!!
