        Paid for a bed at the start of March. Still haven't received it. They said it was ready for delivery, cleared schedule, then they said they 'lost the mattress' and had to reorder it. Staff constantly say they'll phone us back and don't. Still haven't got a date when it'll arrive. Will be contacting the Commerce Commission.
