Exceptional Service with a smile. Michael HInds offered a truly exceptional service when we needed to sell our apartment. I found Michael after searching online for Wellington realtors. I decided to make contact with him just before Christmas, never ever expecting him to reply until after Christmas and the New Year. Michael not only replied to my email immediately, but also followed up with a phone call. He made the entire process stress free. It is truly difficult finding an agent of this calibre. We were both working in different time zones and I would find that if there had been any issues during my night time, (the day time in NZ) that by the time I had risen in the morning Michael had already dealt with the issues. I was impressed with Michaels attention to detail throughout the entire process. It is difficult finding an agent of this calibre. He also communicated with our solicitor on our behalf, so as to not waste a day due to the time differences. He approached the job with promptness, strategic mindset, great attention to detail and the willingness to do the hands on jobs when needed.
