Amy has been an absolutely amazing property manager for us to deal with as tenants. She is always fast to respond to issues and advocate for us when meeting with the owners. Appreciate all her work!

I have been working with Quinovic as my property manager for several years now, their commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and dedication to their clients is truly impressive. From the moment I first started working with Quinovic, I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. Amy in their team deserves specific acknowledgement. Amy is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have, and has proven herself to be a reliable and trustworthy partner in managing my properties. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is always proactive in keeping me informed about any developments or issues that may arise.

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them zero. Worst company I've ever dealt with, if I wasn't a property manager myself they would have astronomically stuffed us over. I had heard all the stories about how bad they were but until I had the misfortune of dealing with them firsthand, I did not truly understand how incompetent they are. Amy was our property manager and she has done her best to try and pick up the pieces and sort out the mess which I appreciate and am grateful for, but unfortunately a lot of things are out of her hands and she can only work within company procedures - which haven't been set up well. Don't recommend
