35 Day Detox by Suz Stokes

Started taking this class because I found that I was losing mobility and at 27 that was not something I was keen on. Have gained back what I had lost and more its now just a great way for me to reset for the weekend on Saturday morning

I recently completed the 35 Day Detox with Suzanne. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and Suz was very motivating and has given me the tools to make little changes in my life. I particularly enjoyed the yoga side of the course which I had never done before. Thank you Suzanne for your help and taking me through the journey and I can highly recommend the course for anyone wanting to achieve some balance in their life.

My wife and I started Yoga with Suz 5 weeks ago and already I am feeling the benefits. I am a 63 year old builder with a tired old body but walk out feeling great. Suz is great at explaining different poses and we are both enjoying our sessions. Highly recommend!

I met Suz by chance and decided to follow my intuition and give 35 day detox a go. I found the program to be exactly what I needed at this point in time. Not to give anything away as some things you must experience for yourself. I would highly recommend reaching out to Suz if you are looking at taking your life to another level. All the best.
