        Zuri is a fantastic teacher explains moves and positions clearly, during this pandemic we have found ourselves in with the Studio being closed, Zuri has gone out off her way to do short classes by zoom and also placing classes on YouTube. Zuri thank you so much it certainly has helped me in lockdown that is for sure

        Zuri offers a great mix of classes from core strengthening pilates to gentle restorative Yin yoga. Her classes are fun and relaxing thanks to her easy going nature and huge amount of experience. Highly recommend
