I am currently doing the beginners yoga course and love it. I have done yoga before but not for years and honestly have never been taught it this well before. I really feel like I have a better awareness of every element of yoga with the awesome teaching by Shannon and Tamihana. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The place is peaceful, beautifully decorated, and the equipment is excellent. The owners and teachers are dedicated to the business, which means you get quality and good value for money. The Vinyasa class is great, 100% recommended!

#ensoul - Undoubtedly the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Just walking through the door to the beautiful energy here, is a tonic in itself. Awesome teachers with so much dedication to their work and to the well-being of their clients. I have tried many massage therapists over the years, but Shannon is unquestionably the best ever. Do your body a favour and check out this wonderful place for yourself.
