Booked a 4 berth with shower and toilet and had no issues. Customer service was good. Supplied plenty of linen. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Winebago was old compared to other companies but the price was drastically cheaper too. Would recommend and book again

Not to recommend! Seems like they don't care about your safety (old cars, bad tyres). We found their service very poor.

Der allgemeine Eindruck der Verleihfirma war sehr schmutzig und alles ungepflegt. Wir haben einen auen Grill gebucht aber nicht bekommen, bessere Reifen gab es auch nicht, die Batterie hat nicht ordentlich geladen. Leider fhlt sich die Firma nicht zustndig, sie haben ihr Geld und alles andere ist Ihnen egal. Warscheinlich lassen sie jetzt auf unsere Kosten die Reifen richten, wir haben dafr ja eine Versicherung abegeschlossen und bezahlt, geholfen hat das nicht. Es wurden uns keine Lsungen angeboten! Die Firma ist der Meinung wir htten unsere Reise unterbrechen mssen, damit sie die Mngel beheben knnen (fehlendes Geschirr und Besteck, zu wenige Decken, die Standheizung die nicht funktioniert, der Tisch der kaputt geangen ist, die Batterie, usw.). Wenn man dort bucht ALLES genau kontrollieren um zustzliche Kosten zu vermeiden! UNd der Camper fr 2/3 ist nur fr 2 und maximal ein Kleinkind!
