I don't see the point of having this "bank" as they don't deal with cash and their 2 ATMs don't work. Useless.

Machine is faulty. It processed transaction but money didn't come out. However money deposited back in my account.

I was waiting to be served for a long time but the teller was on the phone. I didn't realize this branch was a phone help desk.
