        One star only for the non convenience of the ATMs not been able to make a deposit despite it being an ATM that does deposits drive thru especially at level 4 lockdown which will prevent having to go inside and potentially be near others. Disappointed that the machines are not fully functional all the time like it states.

        Everything we call, voice message says, due to higher call volumes calls can not b answered. Even if we call at 8am in the morning. I know these customer service people can sit n chat smoke n have long breaks but we also have genuine reason to call. N if we go to branches, we stand there for 30mins b4 we reach the counter.
