        Very bad experience with dr shashir i wait for 4 hours just for acc medical he refuse to give me and said that want letter from acc I provided next day and after week visited again and he again refuse to give and said that he need to further investigation Useless doctor i can only say

        Zero rating, 5 hours waiting is understandable, No water for patients, centre is running of shortage of funds to provide drinking water to patients

        One of the worst reception staff, non friendly and think they are running a emergency Auckland hospital and always trying to turn down patients even if they have to put up a fight to do so and they forget that they are operating clinic where every patient has right to see the doctor whether there suffering is high or low. East-tamaki management should look into this on a serious note.
