Went here as part of the Pinc and Steel rehabilitation after cancer treatment. Hopeless, had me doing core exercises when it was my shoulder that needed strengthening.

I love that I've been able to do my own yoga at home and able to enjoy the experience just by What I've watched on YouTube and done at home

Used to really liked it, but they randomly decided not to let -16 enter any more and had already pay.

Great facility.. Reasonable entry fee...discounts for elderly. Get a little annoyed with kids jumping in exercise pool when they have 2 or 3 just kids ones.
