Best town on the west coast.

Like a typical hospital in New Zealand it's a little rundown staff are overworked and severely underpaid.

The staff were amazing and attentive and the surgeon Dr Nathan Atkinson was an absolute super star and very caring.

I work there, its a lovely down to earth home for our elders. Caring staff, great activities and wonderful residents

Always short staffed and the wait times are long.

Midwives are so good and informative. I stayed there for a week and they gave me good care and more informations about to handle the newborn.
