Snopro Ski Hire Queenstown

The service provided by Snopro was outstanding, and I rate it 10/10. The website is user-friendly, with a simple and straightforward process. First, you select your preferred activity (skiing or snowboarding). Second, you enter your size, height, weight, and select the gear you want to rent (boots, skis, jacket, pants, helmet, etc.). Third, you provide the location of your accommodation and the drop-off time. Fourth, you pay a 10% deposit, and you're done! When you arrive in QT, Snopro delivers the equipment to your hotel or apartment at the agreed time. If you need to make any changes or have any issues, they provide a WhatsApp number that they are quick to respond to. In our case, my partner found the boots too small, and on the same day, Snopro promptly came to our apartment to swap them for a bigger size. It's worth noting that if all mountains are closed on the day, you can talk to Snopro and ask for a refund for that day. I highly recommend this service and will book with them again next year.

These guys make it so easy. I will use them every time I come to Queenstown. Service was friendly and timely and they were willing to adjust their normal hire policies to suit us. 5 stars easy!

Excellent service, with no fuss flexibility given when we had an issue on the booked time. Definately reccommmend to maximise time on the slopes.

Great gear and fantastic service. no better way to hire gear in the area, why would you go to a shop or the field when Snowpro come to you.. Pick up was super easy and convenient. Great staff by the way
