Great service and gear. Quick hand back process

Absolutely disappointing service from this business. We booked our gear 2 months in advance and turned up the day of our booking only to be told that they had no boards left. The staff were looking very sheepish, I felt sorry for them. But really, they need better systems in place to prevent this kind of thing from occurring. The gear that they did have also looked quite shabby. They refused to refund me on the spot and said I had to email them to request a refund. A simple phone call or email before the day to say they had made a mistake and don't bother coming in would have been very much appreciated. Really poor all round and wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. Hope they can improve so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Worst experience ever, if I could give no stars I would. We pre booked for snow board hire 4 weeks before arriving on our trip, when we showed up today they said they were all out of snowboards. We told them we booked and paid already and they said there was a note on the website saying not to book rental gear due to snow machine. Firstly you shouldnt be allowing people to book and taking there money if your out of stock, due to snow machine every rental place in town was then out of gear and we were left with the option of not snowboarding ( point of the trip ) or buying new snow gear which cost us 4K. All they said was sorry we are out, was a really stressful situation, really upsetting and we werent the only ones that this happened to on the day. Feel sorry for anyone who didnt have savings to buy snow gear because there whole trip would of been ruined

REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED, booked 3 weeks prior. Understandable that it is a busy time of the year, NO SNOWBOARDS for rent, offered skis. Ended up in a position where I had to pay for my partner and I to get a snowboard set up. $4000 I didnt want to spend. If there isnt anything available let people know prior so that they can organise alternative options. Still let me pay them and go through the process of asking questions to tailor the set up to suit myself. A bit thank you to the Quest to help out with the process of purchasing a set up.
