Great service. Aaron fitted us up and was extremely helpful and patient and a nice guy too. Would recommend.

Not recommended, worst experience for our stay in Queens Town. Firstly we were forced to buy insurance while hiring, which didn't need if you rent the gear from the mountain. Then we were charged for scratch upon returning, which was absolutely a trap. There was no photo proof the gear was not scratched beforehand, for outdoor equipment, scratch is normal and can't be avoided. I guess this is part of their strategy to rip off customers. Plus we didn't see any customers there while we were in store for the whole hour, maybe that explains.

Highly recommend Rent Snow Gear! Absolute pleasure to deal with. We hired our gear for 6 days from Rent Snow Gear. We could drop our gear off, each arvo and then collect back up in the morning. The shuttle bus for the mountains, is just outside, up the street. If we are ever back in Queenstown, we'll use these guys again!

Sara is a legend, set up our snowboards for each of us personally, even the instructors were impressed, so many hire boards at our snowboard lessons were badly setup or not even ridable, You guys are the best. Great service, Great equipment. Highly recommended.
