        Lovely doc campsite. Standard basic site with non-flush (clean and not smelly) toilets and taps. Nice space to camp. Sandflies present - take repellent. Kids loved making huts in the bush. Dog friendly. A nice bike track to ride into St Arnaud and Lake Rotoiti. Plus other tracks in the mountain bike park. Id love to see the ice skating pond in winter but not sure Id want to be camping then.

        Very basic. Good, but 10$ is quite expensive when have nothing but smelly toilets on site. You can't pay there, you have to go the the DOC office (8am-4.30pm), that's not very convenient (same for all campsites in St Arnaud)
