Absolutely shocking service yesterday with staff that can't be bothered and not helpful at all. Highly disappointed.

Went to buy some paints to start an art class. Sales Asst very condescending and a bit rude. They could of made a great sale but we left and will buy package elsewhere.

Rude receptionist or whoever picked up the phone today.
