Jyoti was absolutely brilliant. Everything was a breeze and she was polite, efficient and speedy. I dont think Ive ever had such a good experience at any bank before. Keep up the good work.

The staff are lovely however my gripe is with management. One teller and a long queue is a frustrating wait, setting up for grumpy customers. Friday afternoon with no less than 5 staff coming along the queue asking if they could help. It was the last day of the month and we all had cash deposits which needed to be recorded on our bank statements that day so no, the 48 hour wait by depositing in the drawer is never going to work. 5 ANZ staff trying to shorten the queue offering to help are asked over and over by all of us to make a 2nd and 3rd teller available re distribute this resource to where its needed its not rocket science!!! Watch your trends in live time at the branch and react quickly and effectively for a much better experience. Please..
