        Made an appointment to open an account and took passport and license but proof of address was older than 3 months. Could not open as all bills are online. Poor really poor customer service.

        I have an account at TSB I havent used in a while. I spoke to someone at the TSB on the phone who told me they would get me an appt in 3 weeks to reactivate my account! I said if I came in would they reactivate it immediately? She said no youd have to wait. I said if I went to any bank today they would immediately open an account for me. Seems TSB is different they dont care about their existing customers!!! I said if you want to keep my business phone me back today to reactivate my account. They didnt call so Im assuming my business is not important to them. Poor service TSB

        Woman at reception over the phone was unintelligible and incapable of setting up an appointment for me with a banker for general inquiries about my account. She actually hung up on me when I requested to speak to a team leader. Pretty insane.
