        The worst service. No one picks up our call and no relply for mail. I have sent couple of emails from last week no reply.. no service. Very poor communication and service.

        The worst. You call them and no one picks up. Eventually when they do the staff will give you this typical "Customer Service" dialogues and shut you down when you start complaining. Then they will not even action anything after all that until you follow up with them again. They decide when to disable your service, not tell you about it and then take ages to fix it even if its their fault. I'm not sure if this service is the same across other branches in other countries.
