        I had a pleasing experience dealing with Bank of India, Auckland branch. I would like to specially thank Mr.Ajaz Sikora and the Branch Manager Mr. Piyush Jain for their excellent services and their courteous nature .

        As an ex staff and current pensioner of Bank of India I went this afternoon to have my Life Certificate verified, before sending it to India. The teller, a young lady, greeted me with a smile, and then contacted the manager. He then interrupted a meeting to allow me to get my paperwork done. Done and dusted. With a warm handshake from the very courteous Manager, P Jain, I was in and out in five minutes!

        My Name is Naga I have been a customer right from the beginning of this branch the launching team was great . Current team is hopeless in my opinion. I did email the Manager no respect for customer .
