        Awful customer service in branch. Lied to my face and unwilling to help with basic request.

        The blond lady named Tanya is very rude to me and my family. From the moment we went in the room, during the 10 minutes, we feel offended, humiliated by her variety unreasonable attitude and requests, including force my mother to do something which make her very uncomfortable. I have never seen such person been so unprofessional and showing no respect to her job and customer.

        Went to Albany store to ask few questions regarding to open a business account, seem like that there was no staff could answer my questions and was suggested to call their business team ...whats the point to have the store there then,went to asb instead and applied an account with no problem....
