        Absolutely perfect help from Avis. Thank you so much to the kind lady who attended to us on 29 April 2023 at roughly 2pm plus. My husband and I were at our wits end as the car rental company we had booked our car with refused to accept our electronic drivers licence. They were extremely unhelpful and condescending and we were really stressed out as we had a planned road trip. We approached Avis for help and the female staff was sympathetic and so so helpful from beginning to end. She called her manager to confirm how she could help us, and did so much to get us the same car rental arrangements that we had with the other company. She even gave us alternative options when it at first seemed that we would not be able to get a car for the full road trip (e.g. booking an Uber, the price of Uber). In short, she saved our holiday. Many many many thanks to her! Im so sorry that we dont know her name, but I think you should be able to identify her based on the date and time.
