French press was served a bit underextracted. I will gladly wait an extra few minutes if it means it is done properly. Maybe try the long black or espressos instead.

They were closed but let us in for a tasting nonetheless. Absolutely lovely and funny people hosting, and the wines are superb! Go to tip of the day!
