Fantastic gym, been going here over a year now. Very well equipped and looked after, with really friendly and experienced personal trainers.

Not your Les Mills, but it has it all, pools, group motivation and heaps of machines- if you want to get fit, trim down and not see too much Lycra - join up

Amazing Gym with the widest range of equipment, cheapest 24/7 gym I can find. Great community.cant recommend highley enough.

The parking area gets a bit muddy after the rain, otherwise, good location for the walk and cycleway with sunshade for cars!
