Very poor customer service, poor communication, lack of urgency, and broken atm machines. Really would question why you would want to bank with this branch.

The Kiwibank team are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. The branches owed by Kiwibank could learn alot from the crew here.

Rude refusing other bank account holders a withdrawal and saying go to your own bank we are not ANZ or Westpac etc unbelievably rude
