Staff are local who have an excellent knowledge of the district. Friendly and very prompt to respond to customer needs.

Cancellation of flights from Whangarei to Auckland on two separate occasions has meant very expensive alternative arrangements to meet connecting flights.

Just a plain jane train station. Nothing special, but nothing wrong either. Keeps you dry in bad weather and does a good job.
