It's a small country train station, with a coffee shop inside "Origin Coffee Station". Manager friendly and helpful.

A terrible experience today, the women behind the desk is very unprofessional & rude. Will put in a formal complaint.

Cup holders and arm rests would go such a long way by means of comfort. Respect for the bus drivers that have to haul with all that heavy luggage on busy days.
