We had two deducted heat pump units serviced and found Pratts great to deal with. The service man did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend them

Great fast service, always reliable

I had a worst customer service experience here. Jo's attitude is really arrogant and she doesn't let you go until you buy a dress.

It's a great store, I have brought 2 iteams for a good deal. The customer service is great. Most iteams are quite expensive but still really good.
