Busy...waited too long to pay for petrol

Tried to get answers to questions regarding their travel policy. Absolutely useless. With their lack of response, they can't be trusted.

This is a fake company, dont buy insurance from them.

I was on hold for 50mins to find out that they have stopped replacing windows for full insurance and if I liked I could pay 500 dollar excess fee to get it replaced.

This has been the worst experience lied to . My emails ignored,still waiting for my boundary fence and roof fixed after storm . They don't deserve a star .
