Good selection and service

Dreadful service, gave me a dirty cup and staff then rude when I asked for a clean one. Absolutely no idea about customer service, obviously very poor staff training.

Abuse of power from case officer. Passive aggressiveness and rude service towards people who are seeking help. Shocking!
