8 ppl in the queue, two tellers on. Spent 10 mins in the queue plus two tellers are not open. The manager eventually came to assist people online.

Opening hours are terrible as cant go to the bank after work or school for the kids to bank there money

Having a large Bank that is only open 3 days a week is ridiculous.

The opening hours keep getting reduced. There are also no more proper tellers.

Staff here are most unfriendly. Not good ambassadors for BNZ
