Rude refusing other bank account holders a withdrawal and saying go to your own bank we are not ANZ or Westpac etc unbelievably rude

My Bank of choice by far. Friendly knowledgeable local staff. Relaxed informal environment. All facilities available except coffee and a toilet.

Money machine facility opens 24 hours .. very handy for my needs..

I don't see the point of having this "bank" as they don't deal with cash and their 2 ATMs don't work. Useless.

Horrible service! Waited over 1 hour just served one client.

Looks like Kiwibank has permanently closed this branch. All the signs are being stripped down and only the ATM will remain. Best to just go to Botany or Sylvia Park now.
