Absolutely have no idea what they are doing... so much so we've decided to move our mortgage to kiwibank.

This bank is not helpful, basically said I could not open savings account with them. Will be stuffing my mattress instead.! Bad experience with teller when I walked in.

i was putting money in the machine to deposit into my account, it took a $50 note and never deposited it! just took my money! be careful here faulty machines

If you don't have a BNZ card then best avoid this machine. It rejects functioning cards and it only allows a small daily limit.
